Quinta do Pinto Estate Collection White 2017

GRAPE VARIETIES: Arinto (33%) Antão Vaz (17%) Viosínho (12%) , Roussane (17%) Marsanne (15%) Semillon(6%).
COLOUR: Brilliant gold colour.
AROMA: Autumn notes with hinks of toast and grren apple, engaging the freshness and minerality of the atlantic influence.
TASTE: Rich, big and intense wraped with beautifull natural freshness. Persistent finish.
Serving temperature: 8°-10º C.
WINEMAKING: Careful management of vegetation to optimize the aromatic potential of grapes. Manual harvest followed by selection of the best bunches at the entrance of the cellar. Stemming and crushing, the must was clarified by natural settling in refrigerated vats. Fermentation grape by grape with indigenous yeasts in cement tanks with controlled temperature of 15-16ºC. Frequent battonage. Roussanne fermented and aged in 225 lt new oak barrels and second year 500lt oak barrels.
