The winery only accepts the best the vineyard can offer. Following the traditional wine making philosophy - ‘the wine is made in the vineyard'- Quinta do Pinto privileges minimal intervention and a careful handling for maximum uptake of the grapes potential.

Of a traditional design, the winery is equipped with the latest oenological technology to ensure that carefully selected grapes originate wines of superior quality and increasingly more perfected. To maximize this potential, all fermentations are carried out with indigenous yeasts.

The winery integrates areas for grape reception (including a carpet for sorting grape bunches), for pressing and for fermentation in concrete tanks. It is also provided with a quality control laboratory, a wine aging area of oak barrels and a wine tasting room.
